My takeaway from the first two days of 100% close: 1) develop a plan and answer the basic question, why am I in this business, what are my expectations, and who is my customer? 2) How do I find the customer, and maintain revenue-producing activities with high-value activities like the number of daily leads qualified, presentations, and monthly results 2) Leadership is developing self, customers, and staff to leverage time and resources. 3) Continuous improvement of learning, relearning, and unlearning will require a personal identity shift of new thoughts and behaviors to make a breakthrough.
