Now that Ramadan has ended, I’ve become used to fasting. On the days I do want to fast it feels incredibly rewarding and helps me build discipline, focus and self control.
Day 2: FUEL 🥗
Today is about fueling your body with intention. Pay attention to what you eat today and make choices that align with your goals. It doesn’t have to be perfect — just intentional. Yummm my fav subject🤭 I had watermelon for breakfast, then lentils w a side of sourdough bread. And for dessert frozen grapes and dates:)

I really enjoy eating sweet potatoes with black beans or tofu with a side of edamame, and for my sweet tooth I usually have dates.
