Excellent if you don't do this I have to find you buyers and the best part all I want is 10 per cent for finding them and delivering them to you. We will have to have an actual assigned contract before this will work

My word of the day
Looks like some people didn't like my post telling them to look things up before they start asking questions here and how to solve problems in their business of wholesaling in real estate. I'm all about helping people who want help, but I expect you to do your part before you start asking questions. Don't get me wrong if I don't know the answer, I'm going to work it out before I give you the answer. We have an amazing group here some are willing to help others are only willing to do it for money unfortunately. I'm wearing a true mentor I don't charge people for what I know. I'm not going to waste my time giving advice to people who don't want to follow it. Think of it A verse in the Bible. Cast not your seeds on stony ground.

Any investors buying in Texas with tenants in place?
I have a property right now with a long term tenant in it that the current landlord is looking to sell. Close proximity to new universal studios amusement park. Property values are expected to jump once park is opened later this year. Property is in Frisco, TX 75035 Asking $540k Repairs ~ $20k cosmetic (carpet & paint) Currently rented for $3404 monthly (100% subsidized payment) ARV ~ $660k possibly higher

Who might be other people I'm going to ask stupid questions. Is this one unit that needs repair with a living in it or is this a duplex or something more? I do not see how you could have in the state of Texas a subsidized rent payment at 100 per cent at the current payment you're talking about. This is a real deal I'm pretty sure I could find someone who'd be willing to buy it. I currently only charge 10% to find the buyers

Hey guys, I'm looking for serious Virtual JV partners to link up with and get some deals done virtually in OH, TX and FL! I'm willing to hustle, pound out some cold calling and SMS blasting to lock these up. I guess the real question here is are you going to detain for the leads that you're going to call or is someone else going to finish that. I'm doing a great time in cash buyers for any property that you've already got on the contract it's pretty easy for me. All I need to know is the city state and county where the property is located and I'll find ye someone to buy that contract Ohh and I'm like most of the people offering this I only charge 10%

@Demetrius Jeter Sarah worried to help you what can I do for you because I'm old I don't need the money as much as others so I'm going to do things for less but the more you want me to do the more it's going to cost you to get it done does that sound good

Initiative can't be of activity today. It's pretty much all over the place some people willing to help find properties some people willing to do the work of making the calls other people looking to find Buyers of contracts this is all very good I personally don't need the money as much as some of these other people here so I'm willing to do things for a little less I do it more or less for mentoring than I do for actual money
