Quality over Quantity?🤔
In today's post, I will be discussing this important subject and give you a better understanding of when to prioritize form and when to prioritize going to failure. Importance of form! - Lower the chance of injuries - Simulate more the skill you want to learn (Muscle To Mind) - All essential muscles are activated When to continue without perfect form? - As long as it does not increase the chance of injuries. eg front pull-ups, planche push-ups, normal pull-ups… - Allows you to get closer to failure which a lot of time is preferred - Most exercises that focus on strength and not muscle-to-mind connection are more suitable Where to put the focus in the beginning? - Understanding the skill and parts involved - How to avoid injuries and overtraining - Spend a lot of time in the movement - Tweak the form to make it more perfect Get access to the full calisthenics masterclass with even more value, programs and weekly calls.
