Hello everyone! I am Rahul, I am from India, currently in UAE. I did beginner freediver training long time back and somehow swayed away from breath hold practice and freediving. Have little background in Yoga which I suppose didn't let my breath hold go down considering the sedentary lifestyle I was in. Yesterday was my 1st breath hold for the 7 day challenge and I did 2:21 after few minutes of relaxed breathing. Looking forward to complete this challenge and continue to improve and learn. Happy to be in this place!
