Has anyone here done their planning for the year in 12 week stretches? I started it at one time and it worked so I stopped. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Anyway, moving on….😂 another rep that works with one of the companies I represent and I are doing this for Feb-April so this weekend will include re-reading the book and setting up a system including us meeting once a week to go over our wins, tracker, 2-45 co-working session with a break in between and a wrap up with our next actions and commitments. We have both been with this company for 20+ years and comparable sales so it should be fun. We are only competing against ourselves. Did I mention there are cash bonuses from $250 up to $10k? This should be interesting, wish me luck!
