I am located in Denver/Boulder. Looking to acquire our first park. Colorado has increasingly passed tenant friendly legislation that makes it hard to be a landlord in CO. Seasoned park owners: would we be better served by purchasing a CO park we can operate more easily or go outside of CO to avoid tenant laws but would be more difficult to properly operate?
