Needed to hear this more then ever 2day been doing some really deep deep shadow work it’s been a roller coaster ride to say the least… But learning how to be patient n gentle n comforting to this awakened version of myself… just keep swimming just keep swimming n going with the flow 🙂↕️ a rose 🌹 for you my beautiful soul 🙂↕️
