I'm going live today at 4 PM Eastern for free readings on Zoom. 💜 Bring your questions, listen in, or ask for a reading. It's free, and your link arrives by email when you save your spot: https://allisoncarmany.com/thursday?utm_source=skool&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=live-nov5 See you there!

Here's a two-minute exercise I teach in week 1. 1. Sit still and take one slow breath. 2. Say something true out loud, like your own name. Notice what your body does: a lightness, an opening, a warmth. 3. Now say something false, like a different name. Notice the difference: a tightness, a sinking, a small no. 4. Now say the choice you're weighing out loud, and notice which of those two feelings shows up. Your body usually answers before your mind finishes arguing. I walk you through a version of it in this video, starting at 8:36: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xiyxiqx-PY&t=516s Try it and tell me below what you noticed. 💜 If you want to go deeper, The Knowing is my four-week live class on Zoom, starting Saturday, November 21: https://allisoncarmany.com/knowing?utm_source=skool&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=the-knowing

How do we stay connected to ourselves while so much around us is changing? Alex Ferrari and I explore that in my Next Level Soul interview, which is now public and free to watch on YouTube. We talk about awakening, intuition, technology, and finding space to hear ourselves through the noise. We also bring it into everyday life: repeating relationship patterns, noticing a reaction, and the choices we make in those moments. I share a personal story about how I changed the way I engaged in a difficult interaction. Get your FREE astrology report: https://astroreport.ai/ His astrology report mentioned a job offer and it happened at exactly the right time. But this wasn't the first time. He said his reports had accurately highlighted career opportunities, signing something new, travel, and even a potential project change. One prediction even pointed to travel for a new project in December, something he had only recently started discussing with his team. For him, the report has become a way to look ahead and see what might be coming next.
