The Ember Method - Rituals of Silencing and Listening to Self
Is it Tuesday (or Monday?) my body can't quite figure it out today 🤣 I am about to dive into creating your own "Morning Ritual" which I call the Ember Method. This will be available in the classroom - hopefully this week. I would love to know which methods you want to learn about first. I am for SURE going to do Meditation, but which others do you want to learn about right away? Here are a few examples... - Meditation - Visualization - Prayer - Focused attention - Breathwork - Journaling your thoughts or emotions - Writing or speaking affirmations - Practicing gratitude lists - Bless & release rituals - Pulling tarot or oracle cards for guidance - Listening or moving to music
