@Jen Bailey, you got me deep diving in this! I’m just so curious how this relates to my other personalities (not multiple personalities, just how I tested in the questionnaire stuff!) ENFP, I/S Encourager, Yellow in my insights portfolio. Also, a big thing for me right now is adding people to my team as a business and finding out how I am as a leader. It was easier as a teacher because I just did my thing but now as a business owner, it feels so different and even though I want to surround myself by people like me, I know that I need different strength in my corner.
