The limiting belief that resonated most for me is “Who am I to do this?” tied closely to visibility, self-worth, and using my voice. I can see how this belief shows up as hesitation, overthinking, and waiting for the “right moment” instead of acting decisively. It keeps things safe, but it also caps growth. The shift I’m making is moving from waiting for certainty to acting from identity. I’m reframing my story from: - I need to be more ready / qualified / perfect - My lived experience, integrity, and consistency already qualify me. Practically, this looks like: - Acting more quickly when something feels aligned - Letting my work be seen without over-explaining or shrinking it - Treating visibility and selling as service, not self-promotion My new story: I don’t need permission to lead. I move first, with faith, and let action reinforce trust. Not perfect, but committed to alignment over hesitation.
