Hi! I just joined the group and I'm really excited I found this community! I'm 5 months pp and I'm just wondering if I've left it too late? I had a vaginal birth but I didn't tear and tbh I thought that meant I didn't need to do any type of recovery. But I'm trying to get back into running and working out and things are painful/uncomfortable. I'm seeing a lot of the classes seem to be focused on pp a lot sooner after birth. Did anyone else jump in at a later point in pp? Thank you!!

Hi! I'm 5 months pp with my first baby. I really want to get back into running (which I did pre-pregnancy), but I'm experiencing pain and discomfort. Pregnancy and postpartum really threw me for a loop on unexpected events and I'm looking for more information on how to heal and be myself again!
