I'd love tips on managing lifting and running (how to schedule it, when to know if you're too sore, best splits/rpe/etc.)

@Zachary Obray Right now I'm following a Runna plan for a 10k in October. Next August, I want to do the Mid Mountain 50k. It's been challenging for me to focus on lifting and running simultaneously. I have the time, but the mental aspect of where to put my workouts gets me overwhelmed. I have a long run, 1-2 easy runs, and a speed run. Not sure where to place the strength 😅
