🍄 5 Things I've learned Growing Skool to 178 PAID Members
You can't miss this and these updates if you are on Skool.... Visionaries... today I wanted to share some DEEP insight as to what is working to grow our community. This is a FAST ACTION breakdown to help you grow your Skool faster. ✅ 1). Start FREEMIUM then go to TIERS - The freemium plan allows members to join on the "standard" level free - When your standard level plan is free; your community is displayed as "FREE" - This increases member enrollment - Each member = a lead (make sure you have your community questions turned on and that you ask for an email when someone knew joins to grow your email list) - You can still have Premium + VIP membership levels where you charge - You can still monetize on the freemium plan - It's just easier to grow to 40-50 members to build momentum - With 40-50 prospects in your community you build touch points with every post you share - Once inside your community you can make private/ mid ticket / high ticket offers to those 40-50 members ✅ 2). Switch to a LOW TICKET TIERS MODEL after you have 40-50 members - Once you have built up momentum in your community you can switch to the "tiers model" - People will see you have 40 members inside before they join - Now you can charge for the standard level - Start low ticket - You want to keep momentum going - You can always raise your prices later ✅ 3). Build Your Community 1 Day at a time - You don't need 100 courses inside to start - Decide on 1 mini-course for starters - Record a single 5-8 minute video for the course daily - After a week; your first mini-course will be complete - Even when you have just one video in an uncompleted course... mock up the future lessons that are to be recorded, push them live in your classroom, and add notes such as "Coming soon" to build anticipation ✅ 4). Dedicate 10 minute per day to Posting to Your community - It's better to show up with little updates daily & consistently - You don't always have to add value - Ask questions of your members - Respond to comments - Encourage conversation - Make it fun and light
