Fix your time like after fajr, 10am or after Asr daily usi time pe tasbeeh prhain, digital tasbeeh lain hr wqt hath ma ya samne hogi to yad rahay ga.. Start ma 50 times ya 100 times ka target rahain after one week or month isko brhain.. Start ma choti ayat, surah ya ayat ul kursi se krain ..maybe durood shareef, Astghfar Or ye na sochain k ma zbrdasti prh rhi hun dil se to nhi ya esa kuch...dawa achay se piyen ya mun bana k asar rkhti ha. So keep doing!
