I recently closed another deal my 5th one actually you know how Rick says if you close 5 then you’re officially a reallll wholesaler! I’m posting this to get out of the woodworks and help others and also to learn from others that are a few steps before me!! 𝗜𝗠 𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗫, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗/𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗫! • slow motion is better then no motion! •practice what you preach! •stick to one-2 marketing strategies for a few months or at least put enough volume and track it to be able to make a good decision if it’s working or not! •utilize other wholesalers. Don’t be greedy ask for help! •get up early and stay consistent- not consistently inconsistent! Do the same thing everyday don’t switch up the hours put in every week and don’t switch up marketing every week!

@all Since I can't get into the group within discord and can't seem to get it fixed by anyone I'm going to do this by myself and put @Zach Ginn & @Rick Ginn to the test with their systems. I'm also gonna buy Xleads basic to streamline my success. I will let you all know what the end result turns out to be. It says it gives me 25k leads a month, I'm calling 25k leads a month. Let's really see just how the truth claims they make pan out. SEE Y'ALL ON THE OTHERSIDE!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 P.S. With this venture I'm not gonna be on here as much so that I can focus on actual money making activities.

Today was a deal that was a nail bitter!!! Hard money lender backed out the week of closing and had to bring a new lender in to close it extending closing two extra weeks 🤦🏻‍♂️. But… a win is a win 🏆 no matter how you got it. Keep pushing, not every deal will close but the ones that do cherish the moment. Because you have to do it again & again. Hope this helps anyone feeling defeated, your day is coming too. And will come around again.
