Agreed light airs need a little leeward heel so gravity maintains the aerofoil shape. Trim weight forewards reduces drag. Rig set tight to reduce losses and bring rig Weight forewards. Sail set flat to allow slight zephyr to "stick" to sail and flow off leach. Movement is life so no erratic actions , maybe sheets slightly eased and sail a bit bellow usual course to maintain speed. Lots of observations to find more pressure
I would love to hear from our member some of their experiences, boats you have owned or places you have travelled to. If you do not know how to post send me a chat message and I can instruct you.
I learnt to Sail an enterprise dinghy with my dad then moved through a mirror 10 a solo and then later 2 team racing at uni. I've been fortunate to have travelled at as a sailing instructor my favourite spot is wildwind in vass lefkada Greece the hobie cats fly there! I currently live on a colvic ufo and sail a laser5000. All boats are fun and perfect for the role they were designed for
