I’ve been trying to separate the tools from the actual work. gohighlevel.com handles the CRM and automations, chatgpt.com helps when I’m mapping out workflows or troubleshooting ideas, and floment.ai keeps the projects and next tasks I actually need to finish visible. It sounds simple, but having a clear next action stops me from endlessly tweaking workflows that already work. Anyone else guilty of overbuilding their automations instead of just shipping them?

Hello guys, I am curious how long it took yall to go from making your Gohighlevel accounts to getting everything approved like a2p verification and textgrid verification? Also if anyone here is based in Canada and had a different process they had to go through to get everything set up before doing client outreach? EDIT: I am just finding out that textgrid apparently no longer works, bummer. All of Clays tutorials include textgrid as an option. Does anyone know any providers that make it easy to have multiple numbers like that?
