First Deal Under Contract!
Just locked up my first deal under contract 🙌 After a few weeks of staying consistent, the hard work is starting to pay off. This is the first big step and now I’m focused on finding the right buyer to close it out. Excited to keep building momentum from here!

@Zach Ginn I’m doing mostly virtual since I’m based in Miami, but I’ve been focusing on Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and Oklahoma. I’ve been talking to a lot of sellers in those markets and really grinding to get that first deal locked up.

@Gavin Crossen That’s awesome you locked up your first land deal so quickly — and thanks for keeping it real about having to terminate contracts early on. I’m in a similar spot with houses right now… I’ve been working on SMS too, building up contracts, but just grinding to get that first one closed. How did you go about finding buyers for your land deals?
