You probably hear it all the time - someone saying that one type of joint is weaker than another. There seems to be common consensus that certain joints are really weak, while others joints or modifications to joints are especially strong. But I've never seen anyone actually do the tests to back that up (someone has probably done it and I just haven't seen it). So, I decided to do some basic testing of 13 different types of joints. This isn't scientific testing by any means; but it does shed some light on the subject.
