This is sat on my desk staring at ne - what would you make?

I have just got back from an amazing week in Sweden. It was the last residential for my MA eeek. Just got to wait for marks now. I got so much gorgeous wool - would you like a video to show you it all? What are you all up to today?

I am knee deep in prints, patterns and packaging at the min for Yarndale at the weekend. So much to do lol but please do brighten my feed with some of your makes xx The pic is of the prints that are now live on my website at last.

I was thinking the other day about how I learnt to knit; my daughter has picked up her needles again after trying to learn a few years back. When I was at uni, to learn all the different stitches, etc we had to knit square swatches. At the time I thought it was pointless and boring haha but now i wish I had kept them all as a bit of a libary go to especially as I have ended up pursuing it as a career. I then thought it could be a great community idea to do a knit-along with swatches. It would be a great way to learn new stitches if you're a beginner, or just refresh if you're already a pro. Also, it's a great way to knit mindfully, since there's no stress of finishing anything when it's just a square. At the end, you could either sew them together and make a sample blanket or, like me, create a swatch library. I'm also considering doing videos to go with each one. I would love your thoughts? Would this interest you? I may add it as a paid tier but not sure yet. So thoughts are very welcomed :) xx
