I just got off the phone with a seller here in Louisville, KY and they're trying to sell their entire portfolio of assets (approx. $20M)šŸ’ø. We're talking houses, apartments, laundromats etcšŸ’«. The problem is, I've never dealt with a portfolio this size and I've never structured a deal of this size before. I'm not even sure how to put something like this under contract or where to even start finding a buyer with the ability to buy a package of this size. If anyone has experience wholesaling portfolios of assets, structuring bulk sales of assets, or knows of some serious buyers with the cash to do this deal, I would love to hear from youšŸ¤. I'm used to doing single properties, so this is definitely not what I am used to. Any comments, connections or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
