Hello all! Hope youre well. Tough day for me today - my head is noisy and finding it very hard to stay in the present moment. Do you have a mind that does this? Gets loud and drifts off, leaving your mind not at the task in hand? I find 3 things really work to bring the mind back to the present moment - Meditation and grounding. I use guided meditation a lot as it takes me through the process. Try BOHO Beautiful meditation on YouTube - Breathwork. This really keeps you in the moment. It allows more oxygen to the brain and helps keep you in the moment. There are many different types of breathwork, I tend to follow the Wim Hoff method - Praying. Now, im not religious, I dont believe in creationism, but I do believe in a power greater than us all. When my mind wanders to things that are outside my control, praying allows me to hand these over and reduces the worry, anxiety and stress in my mind. It really does work!!
