Set Your Floor.
You need a minimum. Not as an excuse, but as a place to build momentum. Do this right now: - pick a step goal (Anywhere from 7k-10k is ideal) - pick a protein target (100g minimum, otherwise 1g protein per pound of ideal [healthy] bodyweight.) - pick 3 workout days. Even 15-20 minutes can be enough. Hit those. Nothing else matters. šŸ’¬ What’s your floor this week?

Question…
Anybody have experience with intermittent fasting? Is it helpful or a myth? If you do have experience with it, how does it make your body feel?

Great question! I've known a few folks for whom it's work really well. They have better energy, better progress with fat loss and such... For other folks, it just isn't realistic with their schedules or goals, especially if they're trying to put on healthy weight/gain muscle. It's not bad to try it out and see how it feels, but I would give it a solid 4-6 weeks before coming to any conclusions.
Fix Your Sleep Tonight
If everything feels harder than it should, that usually means sleep is the problem. Do this tonight: pick a bedtime, set an alarm to go to bed, and put your phone away 30 minutes before That’s it. šŸ’¬ What time are you going to bed tonight?

@Mollie Roekle And what time are you getting up for the day? Aside from getting up with a baby.

@Mollie Roekle good!
If you're just starting out...
...and the workouts feel easy... THAT'S OK. Let your body adjust. I've seen too many folks go too hard at a new fitness program and burn out within a month. Let it be manageable. Let it be useful. Let it work for you. Then, when you need a boost, that's when you turn it up. Keep rocking it, --Phil
