🔌Best New Plugin?
The season of deals is all around! What’s the best recent plugin you got that excites you? For me I think it’s true:level by Sonible. It’s helping me learn about mixing and balancing by comparing against reference tracks.

True level is great as is true balance. Smart Eq is really good as well.

Hi Jim welcome.
Question about Distribution in Canada
Hello. Are there Canadians in this group? I'm struggling choosing a distribution platform before my band starts recording our songs. Tunecore, landr, cd baby, socan. its all very confusing to me.

Have a look at Ari's take -DistroKid vs. Tunecore vs. CD Baby vs...Distribution Reviews for 2024 (aristake.com) I'm not in Canada but I think now it doesn't really matter on your location for a distro. I've used Distrokid - had a lot of problems with them. CD Baby are ok I've used them in the past too. Does have the advantage you don't have an on going sub to keep your music up. Just Trying Landr at moment - it has a sub but if you stop paying it the tracks stay up and you just pay a %. Have a think about what you need/want and short list a few distros that have those features. Then look at reviews and go from there.
