Transitioning to a new website. Granted, we can’t align on who or how that will be done. I’d advocate for tracking via Monday.com but not all board members were interested in using that tool.

Our board never agreed to a schedule so we go months without meeting. Just getting together on a quarterly basis would be a vast improvement but still not enough.

@Rachel Krompinger how far in advance do you schedule the meetings?

Phil Fox, Chicago Randonneurs NFP. We promote non-competitive long-distance cycling in Chicago. We started in 2024 and now represent the third largest randonneuring club in the US. My big desire is for more clarity on roles and how they align to the organization’s mission.

@Keli Frazier Cox our board is made up of volunteers, all with little prior experience. On one hand, we have folks making unilateral decisions without board involvement. On the other hand, some are paralyzed waiting for board alignment that doesn’t come as we aren’t meeting as a team.
