I really want to say something about manifestation that might feel almost too simple, but itās honestly one of the most powerful things Iāve seen over the years. We think manifestation is about mindset, visualisation, scripting, affirmations⦠and yes, of course, those things can help. But what Iāve noticed again and again, both in my own life and with clients, is that your space is constantly speaking on your behalf. Your environment is evidence. If youāre saying youāre ready for more stability, more money, more clarity, more love, more expansion⦠but your space feels chaotic, half-finished, full of things youāve been meaning to fix āone day,ā your nervous system doesnāt actually feel anchored. It feels in-between. And when we are in-between, we donāt receive, we hover. So hereās the grounded practice. Every single day, make one visible decision inside your space that reflects the version of you you are becoming. Not ten things. Not a huge transformation. Just one clear decision. Maybe itās finally fixing that broken drawer instead of ignoring it again. Maybe itās throwing away clothes that donāt represent who you are anymore. Maybe itās clearing your desk completely because youāre calling in focus. Maybe itās removing something that still holds old emotional energy from a past relationship. Maybe itās preparing tomorrowās space tonight because youāre stepping into discipline and structure. This isnāt aesthetic. This isnāt about being perfect. Itās about coherence. When your space feels decided, your body relaxes. When your body relaxes, your energy anchors. And when your energy anchors, manifestation becomes less about trying and more about allowing. Your space should quietly say, āSheās/He's stable. Sheās/He's clear. Sheā/He's not negotiating with her/his future anymore.ā And I promise you, these micro-decisions shift more than another vision board ever will. So today, instead of doing more inner work, just walk into one room and ask yourself: what would the next version of me not tolerate here?
