I really want to say something about manifestation that might feel almost too simple, but itâs honestly one of the most powerful things Iâve seen over the years. We think manifestation is about mindset, visualisation, scripting, affirmations⌠and yes, of course, those things can help. But what Iâve noticed again and again, both in my own life and with clients, is that your space is constantly speaking on your behalf. Your environment is evidence. If youâre saying youâre ready for more stability, more money, more clarity, more love, more expansion⌠but your space feels chaotic, half-finished, full of things youâve been meaning to fix âone day,â your nervous system doesnât actually feel anchored. It feels in-between. And when we are in-between, we donât receive, we hover. So hereâs the grounded practice. Every single day, make one visible decision inside your space that reflects the version of you you are becoming. Not ten things. Not a huge transformation. Just one clear decision. Maybe itâs finally fixing that broken drawer instead of ignoring it again. Maybe itâs throwing away clothes that donât represent who you are anymore. Maybe itâs clearing your desk completely because youâre calling in focus. Maybe itâs removing something that still holds old emotional energy from a past relationship. Maybe itâs preparing tomorrowâs space tonight because youâre stepping into discipline and structure. This isnât aesthetic. This isnât about being perfect. Itâs about coherence. When your space feels decided, your body relaxes. When your body relaxes, your energy anchors. And when your energy anchors, manifestation becomes less about trying and more about allowing. Your space should quietly say, âSheâs/He's stable. Sheâs/He's clear. Sheâ/He's not negotiating with her/his future anymore.â And I promise you, these micro-decisions shift more than another vision board ever will. So today, instead of doing more inner work, just walk into one room and ask yourself: what would the next version of me not tolerate here?
