Sharing my Medical Audio podcast with you all
Hi everyone, I’m Mohi Sarawgee. I am a doctor (General Practitioner/ Family Medic/ Primary Care Physician). I come with about 15 years of experience in the medical field, and host a medical audio podcast that I wanted to share with you all - with Joanna’s permission, of course. The podcast is called Mohivate- It’s a little play on my name… Mohi + motivate. So you could say it’s my way of gently “Mohi-vating” you. 😊 The theme is your doctor’s dose of heart and science, with just a touch of humor, because health and feeling good shouldn’t feel complicated. Each episode breaks down medicine and everyday science in a simple, thoughtful way, serving as a reminder that real health can still feel human. The overall theme of the podcast is coming home to yourself. The first episode defines what “home” really means. However, as you continue listening, you may slowly begin to feel what that home is for you. There are about 22 episodes so far, released every Thursday, and they are available on all major podcast platforms — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, and more. You just need to search for Mohivate. It’s in English, and I recommend you listen on 1.1x speed atleast or adjust it as per your liking. I’ve chosen the episode on love, attachment, and awareness as it blends philosophy, neuroscience, psychology and culture into something interesting and different from our usual episodes, but you can start with any episode you feel drawn to! I really hope you can take some time out to enjoy listening to it, learning from it, and carrying a little feel-good factor with you. I would truly love to hear from all of you. Oh Joanna! I feel like this was for me! I loved it! I was really drawn to a set of cards called The Light Seer’s Tarot with such beautiful illustrations, and it even comes in a small tin version too, which I own. And the funny thing is, if I re-ask certain questions or end up looking at the last clarifier card, it almost magically drops the card again. The hard part about reading for yourself is sometimes the slow energy of the cards. I truly love these cards, and this post felt like a reminder that I need to bring them out again. If anyone wants to have a look, the creator has a website where you can pick a card and she writes beautiful explanations. She also has other decks, and The Light Seer’s and The Muse have been my favorites, but just own the former. Have a look in case you resonate with it - as you say, Joanna, decks feel personal. This week carries very beautiful energy to put your ideas into place and to celebrate new projects. You have the support to elevate yourself and to implement new things—whether in your relationships, first and foremost with yourself, or in your professional and life projects. There is a sense of collective protection. If you have been hesitating, doubting, or postponing things for later, this week brings a clear green light. Don’t wait. The energies of this week support your ideas. Write them down—this is important. Don’t keep them only in your mind. If these ideas are coming to you, it’s because they are meant to happen. The first step in making them real is to put them on paper. This is the week to plan. You are not required to know all the details of a life project, a relationship, or what you want. You don’t need to know exactly how things will unfold. But you can already begin to put things in motion. Write down your aspirations. Write down your goals. No matter how they will come to you—just write them. If you have postponed certain projects, start them now, even little by little. Anchor energy in Space
I really want to say something about manifestation that might feel almost too simple, but it’s honestly one of the most powerful things I’ve seen over the years. We think manifestation is about mindset, visualisation, scripting, affirmations… and yes, of course, those things can help. But what I’ve noticed again and again, both in my own life and with clients, is that your space is constantly speaking on your behalf. Your environment is evidence. If you’re saying you’re ready for more stability, more money, more clarity, more love, more expansion… but your space feels chaotic, half-finished, full of things you’ve been meaning to fix “one day,” your nervous system doesn’t actually feel anchored. It feels in-between. And when we are in-between, we don’t receive, we hover. So here’s the grounded practice. Every single day, make one visible decision inside your space that reflects the version of you you are becoming. Not ten things. Not a huge transformation. Just one clear decision. Maybe it’s finally fixing that broken drawer instead of ignoring it again. Maybe it’s throwing away clothes that don’t represent who you are anymore. Maybe it’s clearing your desk completely because you’re calling in focus. Maybe it’s removing something that still holds old emotional energy from a past relationship. Maybe it’s preparing tomorrow’s space tonight because you’re stepping into discipline and structure. This isn’t aesthetic. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about coherence. When your space feels decided, your body relaxes. When your body relaxes, your energy anchors. And when your energy anchors, manifestation becomes less about trying and more about allowing. Your space should quietly say, “She’s/He's stable. She’s/He's clear. She’/He's not negotiating with her/his future anymore.” And I promise you, these micro-decisions shift more than another vision board ever will. So today, instead of doing more inner work, just walk into one room and ask yourself: what would the next version of me not tolerate here?
