Protein Problems!
Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm Phalisha and I'm 25. I've been tracking my calories for nearly a year. I went back and looked at my macros and I really struggle to reach my protein goal. I am a vegetarian and when I have tried protein powders I don't really tolerate them. Anyone have some tips ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Thank you โ˜บ๏ธ I have tried tofu. I quite like that. But for variety might try seitan and temph. And might try adding some more legumes and beans โ˜บ๏ธ
