I have spent a solid amount of time in the High-ticket space, from closing to CSM, and here in Skool, I run a Community centred around the Beautiful region of the Balkans, working remotely for the last 3 years. Traveling there, moving there long-term, buying property, starting a business, or whatever else someone's heart desires, I enjoy martial arts, have done plenty of Wrestling and BJJ in a ground-game-focused MMA gym in Prague, and plenty of Boxing as well. I love real estate over cars, am a sucker for nice views, and, of course, with all my heart, love the Balkan countries like Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro & Albania. I've just had this thought: the last 30 days have been great, the community doubled from 30 to 71, and engagement improved a lot, but I am still by far the main driver when it comes to posting. So I thought to myself, What would they get from posting? Why would they post? Trying to see any possible drivers and motivators I could amplify. Sure, there are the Skool levels that unlock stuff, but that's not enough; there needs to be a genuine interest and excitement, not just a chore to get to the next stage. I would love input and perspectives to get more clarity on this, what communities do you post in, why do you post there, how do you feel about it, what trigger makes you do it etc.
