We live in a non-stop reality. The mind dont stop. There is always something to think and do... Anyone can relate? Being a father recently had me thinking about this. My child makes me want to stop and focus solely on her when she's with me, but sometimes my mind go to "I need to work", "I need to do this asap", "Need to check my phone quickly".
