🔥Down 27 pounds!!!! I had major neck and back damage that caused me to gain a tin of weight. I ended up at 278 pounds. I had major neck surgery and after 2 years of feeling hopeless I took control and decided to do something about it. And I have lost 27 pounds since July 1st. And this is super motivating and a huge win..

Dressing up when working out of your home?
I admit, I dress in my shorts and t-shirts (sweatpants when cold) for most days because I work out of my home. I would like to hear what other work-from-home people do. Do you dress for success?

I always dress for the success of the day sometimes it's sweats and a t-shirt because I only have chores to do and other odd things around the house so comfort and completing the chores is a success. Other days I'm busy and it requires a full suit not because every task requires being dressed up that nice but more because one or more events require it. So, I just enjoy looking nice all day rather than changing multiple times to complete the day such as having to work, run errands, and then have a nice business dinner to attend at a high end restaurant so I just just dress for the success of the business diner and complete all my other tasks looking good and feeling better.
What’s the one thing holding you back right now from making real progress?
When I first started my journey, I thought the hardest part would be finding the perfect strategy. But very quickly, I realized the real challenge wasn’t strategy, it was the roadblocks I kept creating for myself. I used to: Jump from idea to idea instead of sticking with one. Overthink instead of taking action. Stop whenever I hit a setback, instead of pushing through. Things only began to change when I focused on one clear path, found people who kept me accountable, and committed to showing up daily, even on the days I didn’t feel like it. That consistency built momentum, and it’s still what works for me today. Now I want to hear from you: What’s the biggest thing bothering you right now, or stopping you from getting things done? No judgment, let’s make this thread a place where we put the real struggles on the table and help each other move forward.

Mine is lack of follow through mostly when I'm doing something and get distracted. I have tendency to see it through but when I'm at the finish line I see a squirrel and bam I'm off in a completely different direction instead of just finishing it and moving on.
Expanding Horizons
I'm fairly new to the watch game and just started looking at getting my next piece so I was curious what pieces you have, thoughts on your favorites, and what are some common mistakes to avoid when looking at a new/used time piece.
Personal Development
Do you think true style can be taught — or is it mostly developed through experience and personal taste?

@Gregory Bennett I agree a lot of people have something they want to learn but don't open their mind to be accepting of what they're being taught.
