Would you bid $1 for Leads on Demand Fun-Shop?
Bad news. Good news sitch. Possible drinking contest! We couldn't drum up enough interest in a Leads on Demand Zoom shindig. Less than 100 handraisers out of 1300. But... A few Flames really, REALLY, want the mojo to be able to drive Leads on Demand whenever they want. I don't wanna leave them hanging. Sooooo... GOOD NEWS! I'm gonna hold an: 🏁EVERYONE CAN WIN (ECW) Auction Up for auction: 💥A Zoom FUN-Shop where I will get IOIs and turn them into LEADS on Zoom while you're watching. We'll brainstorm and get IOIs and leads for you if you want! We may even share beer! 🍻DRINKING CONTEST for every lead? 😅 Here's how our ECW Auction works: Bidding starts at $1. Bid amounts can only increase $10 max at a time. 👀There is a SECRET RESERVE AMOUNT👀 If the RESERVE AMOUNT is hit. ✅EVERYONE who bids gets a ticket for the RESERVE AMOUNT (EVEN if the winning bid is MORE!) ❌If the RESERVE AMOUNT is NOT hit, then the highest bidder takes the whole enchilada. (So, they'd get a private 1:1 with me.) 🕐WHEN: START: Tuesday, Oct 28th at 1 PM Central END: ??? (When I think we've topped off.) ⚠️⚠️How will we know you're not gonna change the SECRET RESERVE AMOUNT? I'm glad ya asked! 😀 I've attached a password-protected PDF... ...download it now. Inside the PDF It is a picture of ONE United States currency note. HINT: It's ONLY ONE BILL Is it $1? Is it $5 Is it $10? Is it $20? Is it $50? Is it $100? $2? 😅 Could be any one of those, but it's ONLY ONE! AFTER the last bid in the auction... I will announce the PASSWORD…which will reveal the secret reserve amount. NOTE: I can't change it after you've downloaded the PDF! Make sense? I want this to be SUPER FUN! BTW: This is the first time I've done an ECW Auction online. What could possibly go wrong? 😆 Now... My question for ya right now... 👉Would you bid AT LEAST $1?👈 Sound off 👇 Remember: I have very, very low self-esteem. If only 2 of y'all will bid $1, I'll just flush this auction down the toilet. 🚽😓

I'd bid at least $1
Complexity is our enemy
Flames need oxygen to thrive. Simplicity is our oxygen. Complexity chokes out oxygen. I can run my communities with my iPhone. I’m doing it now. With my first cup of coffee beside me. I feel like I’m talking to my friend. Simple. It requires no motivation. If I had to start “vibe coding” or “prompt engineer” some shizzle the complexity would strangle my fire. To make money. I make fun! I can run a fun poll. I can run a fun auction. The more fun I create the more money dances through the door. My community members learn best in a fun environment too! Simple. When it feels heavy and I need to pump myself up to “do it”, I know I’ve gone to the “complex” side. I can grow my community just by asking other community members to share. Sure, I can give them recognition, prizes and commish. Skool makes that simple for me. I can have 101 members promote the community and I don’t need to get bogged down in the complexity of sending out 101 checks, doing 101 1099s or any complex accounting because Skool takes care of it for me. So I can sit here tapping out a note to you while sipping my coffee with my cat sitting next to me. 🐈 I outsource my complexity to Skool. I outsource my accounting complexity to my bookkeeper and accountant. I outsource anything complex I can’t eliminate. Because I eliminate and outsource complexity. Life is good. I keep it simple. The hardest thing about a simple life is keeping the door shut on complexity. That bastard wants to come in! Complexity is a thirsty vampire. It needs to be invited in. It’s got all kinds of ways to trick you into giving him an invitation. “AI is so cool! Don’t you want to be the cool kid?” “Try Crypto trading! Make millions in a meme coin! What could go wrong?” “Coach 100 people! Put the problems of 100 people on your shoulders! Impact man!! You can juggle your problems and 100 other people’s problems too! Don’t be a wussy!” 😂 I felt light headed from lack of oxygen just typing that. Keep it SIMPLE!

Crazy that you can run your Skool just with a phone
The Cover Your NUT in 1 Hour a Day Plan
Community F.I.R.E. MISSION: Cover Your Monthly Living Expenses in ONE Hour a Day, with ONE PERSON, in ONE year (or Less) if Your Monthly Expenses are Less Than $10,000 a Month. 🌎RENTING access to your micro-community worldwide. I am calling this our 'ONE PLAN' for short. Who is with me? Will you COMMIT to ONE HOUR a day? Will you COMMIT for ONE YEAR? (If your monthly expenses are way below $10k a month, it will likely be way faster.) Look... I remember. I was working 60 to 70 hours a week SELLING my time to an employer. It was TOUGH to commit to one hour a day. I got up at 4 a.m. to MAKE SURE I got my hour in. It's not a small commitment. I am glad I made the commitment. I remember watching my son graduate from high school... It was memorable for me because I MISSED so many of his birthdays, school events and such because I had NOT figured out my RENTAL MODEL and only knew a SALES MODEL. Which meant my BOSS owned my TIME! I was THEIR RENTAL MODEL. They got to attend EVERY ONE of their two kids' events... But... I could NOT get the "time off" approved by them for my son's important days. Eric graduated in 2006... I'd given my boss the middle finger award in February of that year. And I KNEW I would 100% be attending his graduation LIVE and IN PERSON! Committing to ONE HOUR a day took me 2-ish years... But... I didn't understand the RENTAL MODEL of income VERSUS the SALES MODEL of income. I tried several "sales model" businesses. "Flipping" items/services and such. It didn't work (at first) because I had to start over at $0 every single month. And I'm NOT talking about a SUBSCRIPTION business. Subscriptions are just ONE MONETIZATION path of a RENTAL MODEL of income. (We'll jam on that more later.) But... 👀What I want to know right now? Is... 👉Are you with me? To... Cover Your Monthly Living Expenses in 👍ONE Hour a Day 👍with ONE PERSON (If you love managing people, go for more.) 👍in ONE year By RENTING access to your lil community?

TACTIC - Set Up A New Skool Group - Now What?
I posted this in another group, but thought it was appropriate for Community F.I.R.E Mojo so here goes: A wise friend once said (when sharing his screen showing his Skool classroom) [thanks again @Travis Sago ] “What do you see?”, and then explained that I was looking at a vending machine. Yep, your classroom can be a vending machine - potentially making you $£€ But what do we do if we have a vending machine with nothing in it? Starting out I haven’t got anything of my own to go in there yet. I could buy some content, but that’s going to cost me. We have to get creative. We know people who have content. So I have started approaching them, asking to borrow valuable segments of their content. I will include full attribution and links to their sales pages or books etc. And will put some posts in my group as to why the info is worth checking out. Later, once people realise there is info in the classroom worth checking out I can start including content they will hopefully think is worth paying for. I hope this has helped to get your creative juices flowing. And if you are sitting on lots of content that could be helpful to others, I would love to have a chat.
