Transcript Auto-Email Setup
Has anyone figured out how to automatically email a user a copy of their transcript when they enter their email in a FastBot lead form, using my own .com domain as the sender? Desired workflow: 1. A user enters their email in the lead form. 2. I receive the usual lead email with the transcript. 3. The same transcript is automatically emailed to the user who submitted the form. Key requirement: The email should be sent from my custom domain, not [email protected]. This feels like a core chat-support feature, especially for industries where customers need a copy of their conversation for their records. I have not seen this addressed on the roadmap, and it would add significant value. If there is already a reliable way to do this through Zapier or another integration, clear documentation would also be very helpful. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars if someone can teach me how to set this up. Thank you, @Jason West

Thanks for your prompt response, @Jason West . Unfortunately, users aren't sophisticated enough to intuitively identify the 3 dots and download. In theory it sounds simple, but the industry of customer chat support is accustomed to getting transcripts EMAILED to them when the conversations ends or when they input emails (like in our lead form). I'm hoping that we can integrate this auto-email feature soon. It's a deal breaker for my customer before I build them their chatbot. It's the industry standard to auto email transcripts, I can't blame them. Pretty much every established company with customer support chat will auto email you a copy of the transcript. Thanks again, Jason.
