I'd rather be making a mess while making journals, but today I worked in my Cleaning and Declutter business for 5 hours straight! It's called Cottage Declutter & Clean, and it was a start-up initiative of mine a couple of years ago when I needed some extra $ and was feeling stressed working two jobs for 'the man'. I wanted to be my own boss. I decided to work for me - and it was as easy as that! I put a photo up on FB and started telling my cleaning story! I'm good at it, really good, so I thought, why not get paid for it? Next minute, I had myself a fully fledged business, one that I can take with me wherever I go! Soon I'll be offering a one-on-one call for anyone who might need a little encouragement and some help getting started. It could be as simple as taking what you have in your hands right now, and you could be making an extra $ to. This was the simple photo I used on FB with a quick post, and the next day I had my first job and here's one of the journals that also provide income! So not only do I hold a feather duster, but I also have these journals, and sweet cloths I create in my hands too!

I’ve been noticing something interesting happening since stepping out into this Skool venture! Has this been happening to anyone else?

I'm here apologising today for not bringing any words of creative wisdom. I've been ailing since Sunday. So no creating for me, but I will share a pic or two from the business I started with a friend called > The Long Table Perth We've since sold it, but it was one of the most rewarding, fun adventures that stretched and grew me beyond measure, simply because I was willing to just step out of the boat into a new creative space. Do you have any words of wisdom to share or maybe your latest creative WIP? I'll be back tomorrow to check!
