Eat my last meal light and early/not later than 8pm. Although not possible to do that every day.

@Sue-Anne Hickey Actually ideally I would like to finish eating before 7-7.30pm. I can do, for example if I got to leave about 6.45pm/7pm to go dancing (only some days of the week), or to go to see shows (occasionally, not weekly or daily). The body clock pattern/circadian clock from the previous days that keeps me from eating earlier, meaning if I finished eating 9pm or a bit later, then in the following morning I don't eat until mid-morning, then later lunch, then last meal would be late. It could also be that when I go to bed late the night before then in the morning I will have first meal late, and the pattern goes on .... 😅
What are you up to?
Saturday night and I’m thinking about all of you amazing women. 💛 What are you up to tonight? Whether you’re out living your best life or cozy at home — drop what you’re doing below. I love knowing who’s in here! As for me, I am going to watch some Netflix, Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, season three just came out and I know it’s kind of mindless, but why not? I find it fun!

@Sue-Anne Hickey then I should say, “definitely why not watch something just for fun, once in a while!!” 😊

Why You Crave Sugar, Salt, or Chocolate (It's Your Body Type)
Does the latest video I created about cravings resonate with you and your body type? What changes can you make to overcome your cravings?

I’m the Sonic Type. Although I stopped eating wheat and sugar a long time ago, I eat fruit (fructose, natural sugar but it’s still sugar!) and often more than what my body needs. Was born, grew up in Thailand, lived in UK since 1990. And I drink a lot of tea!! Out of habit!! 🤣 From what you described, I can now see my eating patterns in the past. In my teenage years (in Thailand), I was studying hard, very studious, binged eat a lot. Like you described, after I had eaten loads, after an hour or so, I forgot and I would eat loads again. I got chubby!!! (Got photos to prove.) Living in England with my late husband of 19 years, who was English, liked rich food, my eating patter and weight gain on and off was all over the place!! 😅
