Most of us have tried willpower, accountability partners, streaks… and still found ourselves stuck in the same cycle. It’s about learning a different way to work with the body, breath, and nervous system instead of against them. When we start creating space in the body through simple practices like breathing, movement, and awareness, something begins to shift. Not overnight, but in a way that feels more stable and real.
