Hey guys! I was talking to a couple friends of mine, who are also agency owners, and we were debating about monthly reatiner x pay-per-estimate when it comes charging our clients. I wanted to know about your opinions about it, which model you work on and pros and cons ;)

They create a new IG/FB account and instantly have thousands of followers? Are they just running follower ads or buying accounts, or is there more to it? Genuinely curious, anyone know?
