You've Paid for Something Like This Before. It Did Nothing.
"i've paid for things like this before and got nothing out of it." that's the number one reason you don't want to join another paid community/program. and it's a fair reason. i'd think it too. i spent thousands of dollars on programs that did not bring me the expected results. so instead of telling you why Community Income Mastermind is the best, let me tell you why the last program you have joined didn't work. usually it's one of two things. the first one: nobody ever checked whether you did it. - you bought access, you got access. - and then nobody noticed when you stopped opening it. - nobody asked what was happening, where you got stuck. the thing just kept charging you... the second one: you were sold a hack, a shortcut, a "30 days to $$$ dollars". - somebody's clever shortcut, packaged neatly. - it worked for them. you followed it exactly. it didn't do the thing. neither of those has anything to do with you. one was a support problem. the other was overpromise and/or a product that does not work for you, your niche, or a funnel that used to work but no longer works. HOW I AM DIFFERENT? i can't promise you results. i don't. nobody honest can. but i do promise: - a small room (limited to 100 ppl) where i notice when you go quiet. where i check on you every week. - everything i teach is something i've ran myself, and it is working today, and not just one option but a few that you to choose one - no hype. no hacks. based on solid business strategy, business models, and what's currently work in the online world. if that sounds like the opposite of what you bought last time, good. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m). p.s. this is 1st post in a series of 8 of them, that i will share over the next 8 days. p.s.s. glad to have @Paulo Costa, The Roaster part of the CIM crew

Skool News | Axe Verdict
Skool news have arrived. as always, you can find all issues, including the latest, in the Vault. 🚀 Growth Boost now gets even Boostier 🤯 - you now have the option to increase Skool's share up to 70%. now, why would you want to do it? well, either because you want to grow really fast and/or you are not seeing GB benefits and want to outbid others. MY TAKE: - it could be useful in certain cases. for example, when you are just starting out a PAID community + you do not have ads budget (or don't know how to do them/do not want to learn) + want to grow fast. it could work pretty well. i would not keep it forever, but for a period of time - could be a solution. - full transparency, i just increased this community GB to 50%. first, as an experiment to see if i get anything out it. second, because this community is not my main money making element of the business. Community Income Mastermind is - and GB is off there. i probably will not see much - cause it's freemium, and my efficiency score is probably low. but i like to experiment. will report back. more on Growth Boost (if you are using it, make sure you have this): - put social links in your Skool profile. i talk about it in the Hackathon lesson - put your community link in your social profiles (all of them) - if Skool decides to create a dedicated ads campaign for you, it will use your socials - look at your metrics and work on your metrics (you want to do it either way, GB or not): conversion rate, engagement rate, trial conversion rate, retention rate, price - pretty obvious. the higher those metrics are = higher your GB opportunity is. in the end, Skool wants to invest in communities that will bring them money back AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. so, if your metrics are not good ....

@Lidia Axe i agree with everything. Its only useful for people startung from the absoluta scratch or who don't want to spend any money on promotion or even organic outreach
I want to say smth…
smth that people don’t say that often. cause they show you the shiny side of the story. and forget about the other side. the dark side of the moon. cause… building a business is hard. f*cking hard. and lonely. so. If you ever feel the need to talk, DM me. does not matter the level. that’s all. no pitch. no catch. open door

that's what skool is for and why online community is such a great proccess. you don't need to build anything alone. there are plenty of groups that offer coworking, feedback, space to venting... but yeah at the end of the day nobody is as commited to our goals as we are and that can feel lonly, because it's our own individual project.
🍺 Weekend Community Crawl BEGINS!
it's time for Community Crawl. but this time, it is a little different. the Theme is SURPRISE. but first, WHAT IS COMMUNITY CRAWL? - you visit 9 communities of other HQ builders - you learn new places, you meet new people, find new friends & collab partners - when you finish all 9 communities, you get a present 🎁 WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - these are 9 good communities run by 9 HQ Builders worth knowing. the fastest way to a collab is to turn up in someone's space and be useful in it. - and you get to see those communities the way you'll never see your own. how the onboarding actually feels. what the classroom looks like from cold. who's posting, and what they're posting about. you've stopped being able to see your own community. everyone has. nine fresh ones fixes that faster than any lesson i could write. - so walk in as an owner, not a visitor. same question at every door — what's working here that i'd steal. that answer is the whole point. the doors and the fun is just the excuse to go looking. 💥 SURPRISE: this weekend i'm sending you into 9 communities. BUT you don't know which ones WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? - to start, comment DOOR or your fav gif below. i'll DM you the first 3 links. - you walk all three, then come back here and comment "first 3 done" and what did you notice interesting/surprising about them and worth trying in your community. - then i'll send the next three. - BTW, if you are waiting for the entry (cause some hosts need to let you in), go ahead and ask for the next batch - you do the same with them. come back, comment....you got the idea. THREE ROUNDS. NINE DOORS. - when you've walked all 9, come back and tell us the ONE thing you're changing in your own community because of it. plus any cool HQ builder you've. - doors open NOW, they close Monday at 12:00 my time. that's three days for nine doors. THERE IS NO RUSH. i'm in Israel and i do sleep. if you comment at 2 am my time your next three come in the morning. nothing is lost, nothing expires.

Failure Wednesday Celebration
it's already Wednesday here in Israel, but somewhere in the world it is still Wednesday (23:39 in California 😜). every Wednesday we celebrate failures. what is FAILURE? - something you DID, but did not get the result (sent a proposal, run an ad, launched a community) - it is the way, it is the path - it is not an anomaly! hence, something that we must normalize and actually celebrate - failure = progress towards your goal. failure = being brave to do the unknown. i'll start: - early July i decided to use Upwork to offer Skool community building services + some digital marketing consulting and coaching - i have sent 72 proposals. got 4 interviews. and 0 job. fun 🤩 - i probably gonna call it a day. i have 35 connects left. so i will use them, but no longer buy new connects. - i will keep the profile - hopefully, it will help with SEO/AIO discoverability. over to you ⬇️
