We’re all here trying to make our way and I’m sure many of you are in the same situation as me, I have a 9-5 job and working on my community and side projects and wanting to turn that into my full time work. How does everyone manage your time effectively to work on your own community/business while juggling a 9-5 job, gym, daily life, partners and everything in between? Do you block out time in chunks? Work on it every spare second? Do you have time to relax? Hope you can help me and each other by sharing your ideas and thoughts!

FOr me it's just crazy multitasking. I take breaks from work, make a post than come back to it. Sometimes, as you know, I'm on a live calls while solving issues at my work.

@Eliot Payne I do multitask during work specially because I want family time. I get as much done as possible at work hours so at the other moments at the day I can enjoy time with them.
