Fun is not optional...
I've been building businesses for the last 12+ years. It's long, it's hard, it's painful. You will loose if you don't make it fun!

@Ziena Walker right?! right!!!
Setting limits in 1:1 work👀🤔
How did you define: → the minimum your client must do to get results → vs the maximum you’re willing to provide? I’m trying to understand where the real line is between :support vs over-delivery. Would love to hear how you approached this 🤸‍♂️⬇️

It's an art & science, in my experience. What helps is establishing really open and honest relationship with a client, so that you can always talk though any disconnect. In 1:1 it's a two way street, so, coming up with a "contract"=agreement and then reconfirming it regularly is key for success.

@Dani Rabinovich Yes! Cause there is a big difference between "over-delivery" and "taking responsibility for client's results". I have been a coach for 8+ years and in the early days, it was a struggle for me. I was taking full responsibility for results and that was not healthy. It took me a while to figure this out.
Where Your Energy Flows, Your Community Grows
When I created my second community, I was so excited to share my niche… but quickly realized my time (and energy) naturally flows to where my passion lives. Both are my niches - one by day, one by life. 🌻 The second space is something I know like muscle memory - 20 years deep - but you can absolutely tell which one lights me up. 😎 So I closed down my second community. And that is ok. Super grateful for the experience… and even more grateful that my primary community is now ranked #164. What is your niche? Are you excited to keep it thriving?

Coffee Hours
Do you guys host coffee hours in your communities? Do you hold them randomly or on a regular schedule? How well attended are they?

I had random events during March. And now plan to introduce regular ones... I think when you establish regular calls, it makes it easier for them to join
