@Elizabeth Ruxton @Lidia Axe Engagement largely depends on the connection between the owner and the members. If there's connection, members will engage more. The great way to establish connection from the beginning, is through members onboarding. After that, it depends on your posts. Mix up Value and Fun posts. Post about things related to your community's topic (Value), and also unrelated (Fun). Post conversational posts, e.g. ask questions instead of posting a statement. About both - Value and Fun.
