Turn Your Skool From Quiet to Consistent Engagement 🚀
What’s made the biggest difference to your community actually moving? Not just growing numbers… But real momentum: posts, comments, people showing up on lives. I’ve noticed communities take off when three things line up: energy, structure, and consistency. When these things align, you get less silence, more conversations, more wins being shared. What’s the hardest part for you right now? Keeping engagement up? Getting members to take action? Turning lurkers into contributors? I’ve been pressure-testing a lot of this stuff inside The Prosperity Network, and one thing’s clear: being around other builders who are actually in the trenches changes how fast you move. The right environment compounds your momentum. Drop a comment below 👇 It's always interesting to see what stage people are at.

@Chris Suckling They have place, but not in a way that many people think. These posts will not teach anything, but they have a great role in building trust with readers by showcasing my knowledge.

@Chris Suckling Yeah, that's the idea of it 💪
If you were starting your Skool today, what would you do differently? 🤔
Be honest… if you could rewind to Day 1, what would you change? A few I’ve learned the hard way whilst building The Prosperity Network: - I’d focus way more on early culture than early numbers - I’d design engagement loops from day one (challenges, simple leaderboards, quick wins) - I’d get tighter on the one clear outcome the community exists to deliver - I’d set up my tiers NOW, instead of waiting to feel “ready” The funny thing is, once momentum starts building, you realise the small stuff early on compounds massively later. Curious to hear from people at different stages: 👉 What’s the one thing you’d do differently if you were starting again today? (And if you are just starting right now, this thread might save you a few months of trial and error 👀)

I would add things to the classroom earlier 🤣

@Chris Suckling I was very much against a classroom because I don't think it's valuable and instead I focus on 1:1. And that's all true, but courses have an important place in the funnel 😄 It's not there yet but I'm working on it 😂
The Biggest Difference in Skool Community Results? 🤔
What ONE change, system, or habit has had the biggest impact on your community? Was it: - Better onboarding? - Live calls? - Challenges? - Gamification (leaderboards, streaks, rewards)? - Clearer offers? - Or something else entirely? I’ve been testing different approaches around engagement, accountability, and helping members actually get results (not just “join and lurk” 😅), and it’s wild how small tweaks can make a big difference. In The Prosperity Network it's been a mixture of all. I would frame it as constant incremental improvement, evolving over time 🔥 Would love to learn what’s worked (or not worked) for you 👇 Drop your biggest win or lesson below.

Better onboarding! Onboarding in a way that build connection 💪
Motivation fades. Momentum doesn’t.
Show up anyway. Post anyway. Learn anyway. That’s how progress is built. Inside The Prosperity Network, we focus on action, not excuses, not noise, not waiting for the “right time.” Small moves. Daily reps. Real growth. Stay consistent. 🔥 👇 What’s one action you’re taking today?

Great value here 👀
How do you celebrate wins in your community? 🤔
Is it shout-outs? Leaderboards? Surprise prizes? Or just a simple post that makes someone feel properly seen? One thing I’ve learned running The Prosperity Network is this, progress hits different when it’s celebrated publicly. Wins don’t just motivate the person who achieved them… they quietly raise the bar for everyone else too. So I’m wondering... 👉 What’s your go-to way of celebrating your members’ wins? 👉 And what’s the best reaction you’ve ever had from doing it? Drop your ideas below, I always love seeing how other communities keep the momentum high 🚀
