One of the things I love most about doing something like the Summit is that you never really know where the conversation is going to lead. After my talk on 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, I asked community owners what they would actually want help with if we worked together on their communities. The answers were so interesting. They weren't asking for more random growth hacks. They wanted help with things like: 🌱 Finding the right people 💬 Getting members to engage ❤️ Creating a community people want to stay in 🧭 Knowing what to focus on 📣 Growing organically 💰 Building something sustainable And that gave me an idea... Actually, more than an idea. I've started building it. 🥰 I've spent the last few weeks turning the 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 into a practical workbook that community owners can actually work through. I'm now sitting at almost 50 pages and thinking... "Okay Lisa... this might actually be a thing!" 😂 The next step is something I've been quietly putting together: A small 4-week Founding Cohort where we won't just talk about organic growth. We'll work through the pillars and apply them to your actual community. I'm not opening it up just yet — I'm warming up the idea first and seeing who is interested.
