Welcome
Hi, thanks for being here, it's good to have you along. We're just getting everything setup to kick-off the first ever run of The ST3 Method from 1st June. I'll be adding lots of additional resources over the coming days so keep your eyes open for that. In the meantime, if you feel comfortable to do so, do a quick post to introduce yourself and what you'd like to get out of being a member of this group. Thanks, Stuart

The long story is that I got very fat back in the day and topped out at about 115-120 kg in 2008 - 2012 ish. I started taking my diet a bit more seriously and was about 94 kg when I left England to live in Vietnam in 2014. I got down to 75kg in 2017 but crept back up to about 86kg by this time last year, mostly due to having more responsibility at work and having a young kid so not being able to exercise as much as I had previously and not having as much time for meal prep etc. Last summer I worked with Stuart here one-on-one and got back down to 77 kg in August. Got promoted at work, and despite keeping up with the exercise, the diet has been harder to manage (though I'm pretty good on the whole), and I've crept back up to around 83 kg, though thanks to following the progressive overload with weights we worked on, I'm certainly carrying more muscle and am probably the strongest I've ever been at 45 years old. I've got 2 months off for summer now and am looking to cut down to 75-77 kg again and find a workable way to get my maintenance calories up over time so that I don't put on weight when I have to cut my exercise down to an hour a day again.
