Hey All, Paul here from L.A. Very interested in being healthy-R as I am dealing with some autoimmune issues. I have a very healthy diet, workout at the gym many times weekly, meditate (etc), so I figured maybe this could make a difference as well. Just watched the 1st video and held my breath. Let's double & triple that and then ? W1 D1: 1:03.74 W1 D2: 1:11.07 W1 D3: 1:22.88 a weee bit easier W1 D4: 1:25.72 W1 D5: 1:45.92 W1 D6: 1:45.46 (Exhale was 39:93 created a kind of suction cup feeling of panic) W1 D7: 1:30.49 I can't figure out why it doesn't seem easier and holds are getting shorter even w/10 warm ups & 3 hiss breathes (all nice and slow.)
