@Jada Thoele Jerry Norton talks about it here: https://youtu.be/qRMSCgyA2WI?si=gB8roTo46gYzUcbD This video was released a year ago, so my question to April was more about whether or not things have changed regarding agents and their rules governing commissions and this scenario, which is commonly called dual agency. My advice would be to do your research in your own market for any legalities to be aware of.

EMD for MLS deals
Hey, are there lenders in this group with reasonable rates for EMD on MLS deals? Average is about $2k but I like to negotiate lower with agents/sellers for obvious reasons. @April Juliano
