Hey everyone, I'm Paul, I'm from the west of Ireland. I completed a BA in Jazz performance in Dublin back in 2014, and then I moved to Hanoi, Vietnam in 2017, where I have been an elementary school English teacher since arriving. I have continued to perform and gig, and my band is currently in the mixing stage of our first album. There is a market here in Vietnam for extra lessons and activities for students outside of school, so I'm hoping to start teaching drums online to supplement, and maybe even eventually replace my current income. Happy to be here and part of this group.

Hey Jacob, for now, I would be happy to teach online or in person. I'm currently trying to finish up an acoustic to electric conversion that would allow me to teach online from home. Teachers here taught a lot online during covid, and both students and teachers are delighted to be back in real classrooms, because as you mentioned in one of your videos, younger learners need that tactile, in-person contact. But I think there is definitely potential for adults who are busy or live in other parts of the country who could avail of online lessons.
