How we doing lads? Was thinking of doing a group call one day this week, just a casual one to shoot the shit, talk about stuff on our minds etc and maybe get to know each other a bit better. Lads!! We all know that hitting the gym is one of the best things you can do for your health and well being. Both physically and mentally. I suffer from health anxiety big time. Years of working night shifts, eating shit and spending my off days on the couch hating my life and drinking away the misery most weekends. This factors into my mind when i think about getting in the gym. I think sometimes that I have done too much damage to my body already now i am in my mid 40s. The though of having a heart attack if I lift weights dominates my thoughts more than getting fit and healthy from it. Which I know is Stupid and makes little to no sense. Do any of you guys have these kind of thoughts about hitting the gym after a life time of poor health choices?
